Try to recognize old classmates and renew friendships of a half-century ago at a reception in the Fireside Lounge of the University of Victoria ‘University Club’ at 7:00 PM. The cost will be approximately $20 per person, which includes cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, sweets, coffee and tea. Liquor will be available at the on-site bar, should you wish to purchase drinks. Grads only at this event; parking is available right outside the door for a cost of $2.00. Friday, September 17, 2010 Take a walk down Memory Lane with a tour of the school, now Cedar Hill Junior Secondary, but the same old building at 1:30 PM. Friday, September 17, 2010 Enjoy a fine buffet dinner at the beautiful Victoria Golf Club. Come at 6:30 PM and, if it’s a nice evening, we’ll start the festivities on the patio overlooking the course; dinner will be at 7:30 PM. The cost will be approximately $60 per person (alcohol not included) and spouses /partners are invited. Saturday, September 18, 2010 A golf game is proposed for anyone interested so please let us know asap if you would like to join the golfers, as this will have to be arranged. Otherwise, there is a lunch at 11:00 AM at the Ardmore Golf Course for all those who went to Mt. Doug in the 1940s and 1950s. It has been 5 years since I have had the pleasure of being involved in organizing the 25 year reunion. How many times do we say “Where does the time go”? It is time that we all got together to catch up on life with our long lost friends or to party like we were once again teenagers! Start spreading the word!
